It is the process of translating knowledge into measurable results, divided into three spheres: public adoption (when citizens change their political participation), institutional adoption (when policymakers and philanthropic organizations treat the issue as a priority), and behavioral adoption (when people change their actions and consumption patterns).

Apply operates on the premise that without strategy, science does not drive change, and without science, strategy becomes nothing more than noise. We operate at the intersection where these two elements reinforce each other, combining technical rigor with creative storytelling.

Apply was launched in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and was founded in São Paulo by Caio Coimbra, driven by a desire to engage people in the fight against climate emergencies.

Apply uses advocacy combined with cause-based strategies and campaigns to mobilize key audiences and directly influence decision-makers, ensuring that knowledge drives change.

The final stage of our methodology is the “Test.” We measure results across three areas of adoption: public (changes in public perception and citizen participation), institutional (when the issue becomes a priority for decision-makers and the media), and behavioral (practical changes in people’s consumption habits and actions).
